USA & Canada

FREE shipping for orders that include 3 bottles or more. For 2 bottles or less, shipping costs a flat rate of $15. 

Express shipping and secure delivery options available at checkout. 

International shipping

All international orders (outside of US & Canada) have a flat rate shipping cost of $25.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

Orders within the United States or Canada typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Processing time is not included in the delivery estimate.

International Shipping

International orders generally take 14–21 days, depending on the destination and local customs processes.
Shipping times may vary based on country, carrier, and customs clearance.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship world-wide. If you do not see your country at checkout, please email us at foltrahair@gmail.com and we will update it immediatly. 

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping rates vary from region to region. Please input your shipping address at checkout for the exact shipping rate. Shipping rates do not include potential taxes or duties and they will differ depending on your region. 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these fees, as they are determined by your local customs authority.

Shipping Responsibility and Delivery Issues

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to: Carrier issues, strikes, customs clearance, weather events, holidays or service disruptions

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, and shipping insurance was not selected, we unfortunately cannot reimburse or replace lost or stolen items. We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping if you are concerned about delivery reliability in your area.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Do I pay for return shipping on a returned item?

Yes, if you choose to return an item for refund, we do not cover the return shipping costs. We are not liable for any shipping fees or import fees & duties incurred when returning an item to our warehouse. 

Abandoned Package | If the shipping carrier is unable to reach you (with your provided contact information at checkout) to deliver your package and / or pay custom fees to release your delivery

If we (Foltra Hair) or the shipping carrier is unable to reach you at your provided phone number or email at checkout and therefore the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your parcel, we reserve the right to abandon your package with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any and all fees associated with abandoning your package and / or returning to sender. We will not refund abandoned packages that did not make it to the intended address.

What happens if I choose to refuse the parcel / return to sender?

If you choose to refuse your parcel and / or return to sender, you are liable for any and all fees associated with that action. Any fees associated with refusing your parcel / returning to sender incurred by us (Foltra Hair) will be deducted from your refund amount when your item is received at our warehouse.
