If you do not see the expected results, simply contact us within 14 days after your 90-day treatment period to initiate your refund. To qualify, you must return all three bottles from your 90-day supply, and once received and verified, we will process your refund in accordance with our policy, minus shipping costs, payment processing fees, and any applicable handling or restocking fees. This guarantee is limited to one redemption per customer and per household to prevent misuse or multiple claims.

30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items)

If you change your mind, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase, provided it remains unopened and in its original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and returned in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days after approval.

30-Day Refund Window — Opened Products (Allergic Reactions)

If you have opened your product and experience an allergic reaction, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original order date. This policy applies only to one opened product where an adverse skin or scalp reaction has been reported.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
